• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You may not share your account or allow multiple users to access it without
  authorization.

4. Subscription and Payment

• OraControl operates on a subscription–based model with multiple pricing plans.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. License and Restrictions

OraControl grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform.
• Resell or sublicense OraControl services without written consent.
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and features on OraControl are the intellectual property of OraControl and its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of OraControl without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OraControl without notice if:

• You violate any part of these terms.
• Your payment fails or subscription expires.
• We are legally required to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability

OraControl is provided “as-is” and “as available.”

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
• Business losses due to missed appointments or technical outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

9. Privacy 

Your use of OraControl is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your information. Certain features of the OraControl platform may require SMS messaging, including one-time verification codes (2FA), appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related notifications. By providing a phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages necessary to use the Services. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Marketing or promotional SMS messages, if offered, require separate, explicit consent.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at anyone. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of OraControl after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
